Fun Activities at Cassia Bintan

Releasing tired momentarily to a pleasant place would be what everyone needs, including me. Second week in April 2018, my friend and I decided to stay at Cassia Bintan located in Laguna Bintan Golf Resort area. Cassia Bintan is part of Angsana Bintan and Banyan Tree which is famous resort with their service and facilities.

Live, laugh, love your way is Cassia tagline, everyday is cheerful in Cassia. It looks when we arrived, to be greeted with friendly staff and unique building interiors. Every wall of the lobby is decorated with mural paintings, equipped with colorful chairs, it so eye catching. On the right side there is a swimming pool with direct view to the beach.

Cassia Bintan provides complete cookware for each residential unit. So guys, if you want to cook, you can buy food at market 23 which is located one area with lobby. Open 24 hours so no need to worry if hungry even at midnight. This market providing all kinds of vegetables, fruits, snacks, drinks, noodles, chicken, sausage, salmon etc.

The property offers modern minimalist design and stylish as an apartment. Totally, there are 180 rooms at this resort, but now only ready to use for guests 113 rooms only. Officially opened to the public since September 2017. Our room is located on level 8, block 5 with room number 5807, the view from the top is very nice, we can see all the beauty scenery without any hindrance.

The type of apartment we stay in Cassia Bintan is two bedroom apartment garden view, has an area of ​​62m2 to 72m2. Inside there is a living room that integrates with the kitchen, a king-size bedroom, and one bedroom with a single-size bed. Each room has a private bathroom and a balcony guys. Not only that, the bedroom is equipped with complete equipment such as ironing and ironing board, dirty clothes basket, safe box, umbrella, flat screen tv, fan and complete toiletries.

Foam party

The first experience must be an unforgettable moment for everyone, one of them is me. Seeing white foam flying into the air like snowflakes made me unable to resist myself to join the foam party immediately. The pool was originally blue and crystal clear suddenly turned into a white foam with cute floaties .

Cassia Bintan provides Foam Party every weekend starting from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm for guests. But don't worry guys, if you wants to joint foam party without stay you can also do foam party activities by ordering food or drink at Cassia Bintan.

Yoga Activity

All guests can do yoga activities in the morning by making reservations on the previous day and providing information on the number of guests. Yoga takes place in Angsana Bintan at 5.30am to 6.15am. Available from Thursday to Monday and make sure don't be late guys.

Ranger Trail

One of the activities offered by Cassia Bintan is Ranger Trail, where guests will be brought to the forest and accompanied by an experienced guide, Mr. Arlan. During the trip he will explain about the various types of forest plants, which one can be utilized for survival if we get lost in the forest.

Ranger trail route consists of the forest, past the golf course with the coastal view and climb a small hill, then we will enter the forest again and down the hill with a rope, walking around another golf course and the journey ends.

Xana Beach Club Bintan

It's time to recharge! after doing activities all day, we need a lots of food to feel energized right? So guys, we're having dinner at Xana Beach Club Bintan because every weekend they provided barbeque with best and fresh seafood. 

Xana Beach Club Bintan is located between two properties, Cassia Bintan and Angsana Bintan. The concept is relaxed, enjoying an outdoor dinner. Sitting beside the beach roofed sky and a sprinkling of stars. Sometimes we will hear sound of the waves of the ocean. It makes our night unforgotten.

How to reach Cassia Bintan

From Singapore crossing by using ferry from Tanah Merah ferry terminal to Bandar Bentan Telani, travel time about 55 minutes. Then driving about 15 minutes to Cassia Bintan.

From Batam there is two option, using RoRo boat travel time about one hour and using speed boat to Tanjung Uban travel time about 15 minutes. Then drive about 50 minutes.

From outside area you can go by plane to Raja Haji Fisabilillah International Airport Tanjungpinang. Then driving about 1 hour 15 minutes.
